FTN Ministries ("we," "us," or "our") is a 508(c)(1)(A) faith-based ministry. We operate ftnministries.com and the ministry sub-sites hosted under it. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Contact and inquiry information — name, email address, phone number, and message content submitted through our contact or prayer-request forms.
• Newsletter sign-ups — email address and name when you subscribe to ministry updates.
• Donation information — name, email address, and donation amount when you give through our Donorbox-powered giving page. Payment card details are handled entirely by Donorbox and Stripe (see Section 3 below) and are never transmitted to or stored by FTN Ministries.
• Store order information — name, shipping address, email address, and order details when you purchase products through our online store. Payment card details are handled by our store's payment processor and are never stored by FTN Ministries.
• Usage data — pages visited, time on site, browser type, and referring URL, collected through Google Analytics only after you accept our cookie consent banner (see Section 5).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to contact form submissions, prayer requests, and inquiries.
• Send ministry newsletters and updates to subscribers.
• Process donations and provide donation receipts.
• Fulfill store orders and communicate about shipping and delivery.
• Understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it (analytics, with consent only).
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Donations and Payment Processing

Donations to FTN Ministries are processed through Donorbox, a third-party donation platform. Donorbox uses Stripe to process payment card transactions securely.

When you make a donation, your payment card details are entered directly into Donorbox's secure form and transmitted to Stripe. FTN Ministries never receives, sees, or stores your card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment credentials.

4. Store Purchases

Products sold through our online store are fulfilled via our GoDaddy Commerce store. Payments are processed by GoDaddy Payments. When you complete a purchase, your payment card details are handled directly by GoDaddy Payments and are never stored by FTN Ministries.

Order information (name, shipping address, email) is retained to fulfill your order and for legally required record-keeping. We do not use order data for marketing without your consent.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics sets cookies that collect anonymized usage data such as pages visited, session duration, and general geographic region.

We only activate Google Analytics after you accept our cookie consent banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no usage data is sent to Google. You may withdraw consent at any time by clicking the "Revoke consent" link in the site footer.

6. Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions and prayer requests for as long as necessary to respond and for reasonable ministry record-keeping. Donation records are retained as required by applicable tax and accounting rules. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us (see Section 8).

7. Third-Party Links

Our site may contain links to third-party websites (including ministry partner sites, social media platforms, and streaming services). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies.

8. Your Choices and Contact

You may:

• Unsubscribe from ministry emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Decline or revoke cookie consent using the banner or footer link.
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
